What size should I order?
Sizing can be tricky, but we’ll help figure out the best size for you. You can just contact us with one of the ways listed above!
Where are Ilusión pieces made?
We fabricate our own textiles and manufacture most products in our facilities in Mexico.
Is it safe to order from your online store?
Definitely! We don’t store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
How can I make an order?
You can place an order right here on the site. We accept most kinds of payments, to view all types of payments we accept online, see our footer. You can also make an order over the phone. Give us a call at 1-855-458-4968 Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM PST and we can help you with placing an order.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere your heart desires! We offer free shipping for domestic orders. It may cost a little more, but we can definitely get it to you. View our shipping information here.
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you love your Ilusión garments. If for some reason you don’t, check out our return and exchange policy here.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, it'll take 2-3 days to process your return. Please allow 3-5 days to see the refund on the form of payment.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We’re sorry that happened. Contact us and we will get that sorted right away!
